This legislation allows taxicabs that can provide services to those in wheelchairs to operate in counties that does not have taxicabs capable of transporting those in wheelchairs so long as the taxicab is registered in at least one jurisdiction.

Also, this legislation allows tenants of public airports to serve on an airport authority or commission even if it is prohibited by local legislation.
